Privacy Policy

This policy describes how serpcheck (“we”) handles personal data when you use the Service.
What we collect
- Account data: email, password hash, role, branding settings.
- Tracking data: domains, keywords, rank history, SERP feature flags, report PDFs, research results you request.
- Optional: Google Search Console tokens if you connect GSC; alert preferences.
- Technical logs: login times, job status, audit events (invites, plan changes).
How we use it
To operate the Service, send transactional email (password resets, scheduled reports, alert digests), enforce credit limits, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors
We use infrastructure and vendor APIs necessary to run the product (hosting, email relay, SERP/keyword data providers, and optionally Google for Search Console). Those processors only receive what is needed to perform their role.
Retention
Account data lasts while the account is active. Raw SERP snapshots expire on a rolling window (about 90 days). Rank history and reports may be kept longer so you can compare periods. You may ask us to delete an account; some logs may remain for security and billing disputes.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a short notice cookie so we do not re-show the cookie banner every visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the app.
Your choices
Update your password in Settings, disconnect GSC from the domain GSC page, or email avery@diversifiedtechsolutions.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
