Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of serpcheck (the “Service”), operated by Diversified Tech Solutions / Trileaf (“we”, “us”). By signing in you agree to them.

1. The Service

serpcheck tracks search rankings and related research for domains you add. Rank data comes from commercial SERP APIs. We do not scrape Google from our network. Features, credits, and limits depend on the plan we assign to your account.

2. Accounts

During this soft launch, accounts are provisioned by us (invite-only). You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Client viewer logins only see domains you share with them.

3. Credits and fees

One SERP credit equals one dispatched rank query. Research actions may incur separate vendor USD charges shown before you confirm. Soft-launch billing is handled offline (invoice). Self-serve card checkout is not enabled yet. Unused credits do not automatically roll over unless we agree in writing.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the product in a way that violates law, or use it to violate search-engine or third-party terms. We may pause or terminate accounts that threaten the Service or our vendor relationships.

5. Data

You retain rights to your domain lists, keywords, and reports. We process that data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy. Raw SERP snapshots are retained for a limited period; rank history may be kept longer.

6. Disclaimer

Rankings fluctuate. The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific positions, traffic, or business outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
